The Trainee program RF 2025 aims to provide the Ramos Ferreira Group with excellence, as well as to enhance new skills and promote increased capacity building.  

The Group offers a Development Program consisting of three phases that will provide the knowledge and tools necessary in the construction process so that each trainee can design a career plan tailored to their interests and ambitions.

PHASE 1: Capacity Building in Special Facilities Budgeting;
PHASE 2: Capacity Building in Special Facilities Design;
PHASE 3: Training in Special Facilities Production.
 
If you have...

  • Master in Mechanical Engineering, in the option of Fluids and Heat or Energy OR Electrical Engineering OR Civil Engineering (hydraulic side); 
  • Availability for national and international travel;
  • Good computer skills in user's perspective (Office, CAD, Project);
  • Good knowledge in languages: French and English.

If you are...

  • Dynamic and proactive;
  • Capable of positively leading teams;
  • Sensitive and able to promote the dissemination of the values and vision of the Ramos Ferreira Group;
  • Organized, rigorous and agile in solving problems;
  • Eligible for professional internship (eliminatory factor).
