Platinum Building - Mozambique

The Ramos Ferreira Group will be responsible, in partnership with the company ECV Mozambique, for the Electrical Installations, HVAC, Telecommunications and Centralized Technical Management of its first project in Mozambique.

This is the second phase of the Platinum Building in Maputo, an investment of around 40 million euros, whose construction contract is under the responsibility of Mota-Engil. Designed by the architect Frederico Valsassina, the Platinum Building includes a merger of Residences (Platinum Residences), Offices (Platinum Corporate) and Shops (Platinum Shops) in one building. It presents itself as a multifunctional, flexible and environmentally sustainable building, complying with international quality standards, being also inspired by the current and modernist image of Maputo. The awarded specialties started last July and are expected to be completed in the second half of 2015.

It is an excellent starting point for the Ramos Ferreira Group, which hopes that this will be the beginning of a long journey in Mozambique.
